Gideon is a 4 year old French Bulldog in Portsmouth, NH, who needs $2,000 for MRI of Neck and Brain.

In 2020 our pug passed away and we missed the presence of a pup. We had found Gideon and fell in love as soon as we saw his picture. Gideon had just had surgery for cherry eye and was in perfect health otherwise. Gideon is a ball of energy and lives his best life everyday.

On March 20, 2024 Gideon had a grand mal seizure (never had seizures previously) we rushed him to our vet, where he was observed for the day. The vet gave us a seizure medication and recommended a neurologist. Over the next 5 days Gideon had 15 seizures (cluster seizures) the neurologist examined him and recommended that we get an MRI for Gideon. Massachusetts veterinary referral hospital.

Gideon has so much energy and his tail wags a mile a minute so many times throughout the day. Gideon is incredible with our kids. He loves to cuddle with our family and loves to be held. Gideon loves to play with his plush toys and would fetch for hours. He is the most loving dog and best friend. Even in Gideons current state, when you call his name he wags his tail and comes to you to be pet.

We are currently a one income household and the vet cost has already started to build up. Gideon has always been the most loyal dog and we want to make sure he gets all the medical treatment needed to live a long healthy life. He is our best friend.
