Ginger is a 8 year old Chihuahua in JULIAN, CA, who needs $2,000 for Dental Care.

I will never forget the first time I saw her tiny self. I was dating her original owner and he had posted photos of her and her brother on Facebook. She was one of three. The third one unfortunately froze during the night. I messaged him and informed him that she was going to be my baby and that her name was Ginger.

Unfortunately my baby is in need of dental care. I was not aware that I needed to brush her teeth. I haven't had to do that with any pet before. Now, she has severe bad breath and loose teeth. I feel like the worst pet owner ever. We have had the initial consult and she has taken antibiotics and anti inflammatory.

At 5 I got my first dog. She was put down in 1989. I didn't think I would ever have another one. When I saw her, my heart just melted. She always greets everyone with wags and kisses. The whole family is head over heels in love with her. My life would be meaningless without her. I have anxiety and she makes it possible for me to do life

Oh goodness. To have my baby healthy would not just make me happy, it would make HER happy. She gives so much love to all she meets, she deserves to be able to eat without pain. Her life would be at it's peak once this is taken care of
