Ginger was a rescue. She came to out life when she was 4 days old with pneumonia. She was taken to Temeku equine in Temecula given medication made full recovery. Had been very healthy until now

Ginger was taken to Temeku Equine in Temecula on Thursday afternoon. For limping of front leg. Upon arrival Ginger was unable to bear weight on her hind legs. Ginger was transported to Redlands emergency vet where she stayed for 24 hrs. Then transported to VEG in Anaheim where she stayed for 48 hrs. Then transported to UC Davis where she has been the last 4 days. Ginger was diagnosed with myopathy

Ginger is not a pet but rather part of our family. She is spoiled and loved. Ginger loves to wake up late, she likes to eat apples, strawberry, bananas, she loves to give love and affection.

UCDavis is the 4th emergency Hospital that she has been. Out of pocket we have already spent 10 thousand and Finally yesterday she got Diagnosed. She is still going to need more labs and treatment for myopathy. We are running out of funds she still needs a long recovery
