Ginger is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in Spruce Grove, AB, who needs $2,000 for Leg Surgery.

We got Ginger and his sister, cuddles when he was a couple months old for my son’s 8th birthday. They are the sweetest, most loving cats I’ve had by far. They mean so much to myself and my two kids. Ginger is our family and we just want him to come home to us. We can’t picture surrendering him to our vet due to these unseen circumstances.

Ginger was assessed and xrayed at Parkland Vet Clinic in Spruce Grove. They said he has suffered a broken leg/femur, and the only thing the can do at this time is put a plate in there or amputate. Both are extremely pricey but we prefer to save his leg.

Ginger is my baby boy, I always call him that. He is extremely cuddly and loves to love. He loves to sleep with you and loves to be outside. He always needs to be around his sister, Cuddles too. He is the missing piece our family never knew we needed .

I am currently a single mother, I am behind on bills and have to pay rent right away. I’m paying what I can for Ginger but it is not much. I’ve had some donations so far but I need to get at least $2,200 to save his leg.
