Hello. I’m Cristi. I’m the proud owner of the sweetest pug named Gizmo. My children gave him to me for a Christmas gift when he was a baby. He’s now 8 years old. He is my life. I lost my female dog back in February. She was 12. I would be devastated if something happened to him too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gizmo is the sweetest dog I’ve ever met. He loves other animals and loves our cat. He’s not aggressive and has never shown any aggression towards anyone. Gizmo loves to sit I. The sun and sun bathe. He loves short walks and is constantly making me laugh. Sometimes he chases his tail. But here recently he hasn’t done much at all. I really think the lump is bothering him.

Gizmo loves being outside. I try not to let him stay outside much because it’s difficult for him to breath in the Georgia heat. He loves to get on the couch and cuddle with anyone that will allow it. Sometimes he plays with his snowman toy. He loves his treats. That’s his favorite. He’s just the sweetest boy.

Back in 2016 Gizmo was bitten by a tick. He had a hard knot come up where the tick bit him. I took him to the vet and the vet told me not to worry about it. Over the last month it has tripled in size! The vet is certain it isn’t from the tick bite that it may be something else. She recommended just removing the lump and sending it off for a biopsy. His vet is Crestview Animal Hospital in Cumming.

I recently went throw divorce and now I’m a single mother. Unfortunately I don’t have the extra funds and Im in a situation of having to choose between paying my bills or getting his surgery. The lump bleeds nonstop and I have to keep it bandaged.
