Gizmo is a 12.5 year old Shih Tzu in Edmonton, AB, who needs $2,000 for Dental Cleaning and Tooth Extraction.

We have had Gizmo since he was a puppy. He has seen the vets at Millwoods East Vet Clinic he’s entire life. He is the baby in our little family and has lost his two big sister cats one to cancer and one to kidney disease. We are a family of four; myself, my daughter, big brother cat Tabby and him.

Gizmo has had a few complications throughout his life. He had a broken jaw a few years ago from missing a step and hitting his chin on the concrete. Couple years ago he tore a nail, it has grown back. Right now he needs a cleaning and a few teeth to be removed. He eats greenies and water additives in his water…. His gums are inflamed and his lymph nodes are swollen.

Gizmo loves his cat brother they are always together. His favorite toys are stuffies and he loves the colors red and blue. He is always so happy and loves everyone.

My Gizmo means everything to us I need him to be healthy for the time he has left. His breed life span is between 11-15 years. He will be 13 in May, he has an enlarged heart so everything he does we have to be careful.
