Gizmo was rescued from a severely abusive home. He came into my life six years ago and has been my constant companion. He took care of elderly mom, never leaving her side. He's very intuitive and a wonderful boy. He suffers from seizures from the previous abuse. He's happy in our home and with his little 'sister' and his mom.

He's a grumpy old man, but much loved. He's a velcro dog as I am an older woman and I am with him 24/7. He has a constant companion with me and his little 'sister' Mini. In addition to playing, he loves to watch television with me and take walks. He's come a long way from being a severely abused dog to a loveable, little guy.

He's come so far in socializing since his abusive home. He has a constant companion, his sister, little Mini. He's kind to children and other dogs. He doesn't know how to play with toys, so he likes to play with my hand when I make my fingers crawl. He loves to take walks and loves life. He is my super hero!

He currently has an upper respiratory infection and possibly pneumonia. It's rampant in Maryland currently. This vet is traveling to Florida and I may need to use another vet in this situation and we may need to use other services.

I am on disability, and I do not have an income. This dog is my 'everything.' He is my super-hero. I am grateful for any funding and prayers to help this little dog get well.
