About this campaign

Gizmo is a beautiful cat that I found on the street 9 years ago. He didn't have a good start of life, and he was begging for food every day at my apartment. Unfortunately my complex would not allow me to have pets, so I found a new complex that did. This was the start of our beautiful friendship.

After having all his shots and being neutered, he finally came home! He has been so happy the last 9 years—until a few month ago where an overgrown mass was forming on his belly. I could see his quality of life change almost instantly. I went to the veterinarian and they checked him. They made an ultrasound and this is when I discovered the news—they told me that we needed to remove the mass from his liver. My heart sunk.

If you can donate any amount, it will mean the world to me. I know during these times of COVID 19, ever penny matters. No amount is too small. My main goal is that I want Gizmo to have a great quality of life. Gizmo was fine until last year, where I saw an outgrow on his belly that was getting bigger and bigger. The vet told me that it will have to be removed. It currently on his liver, he is keeping asking for food but he is loosing weight due the mass. This a life threatening for him. He will probably not make it until the end of the year.

This operation is beyond anything I can afford right now and why I am asking for any help, any amount. I want him to be happy again, and enjoy his life. He is losing weight very fast and the veterinarian told me that if the mass was getting bigger he could die within a few month.
