I got gizmo six years ago through a coworker. He lives with me two other dogs that I rescued and four cats in a small two bedroom duplex. I care for these pets on my own. I work but my job has been slow and I’m on a single income. Gizmo is my everything. My pets are kids since I can’t have any on my own. I need help in getting better.

Gizmo has gone to the vet for a UTI twice I paid for his meds and he seem to get better the. His health went down. I took him to the vet today and he went into kidney failure. The vet is keeping him over night to give him fluids that’s all I can afford is one night or else I would’ve done three days in the hospital.

Gizmo is such a sweetheart. He loves to play with stuffed animals and loves treats. He loves his dog brother and sister and loves to groom the cats. He’s such a loving teddy bear dog and cuddler. He brightens my day when he tells me how he feels by barking and talking back when I get home from work. Him being at the hospital the house feels so empty. I cant help but cry for hours.

This was unexpected. I’m on a single income I pay everything myself and I didn’t think my dog would get this sick within days. His kidneys are failing and I just want him to get better.
