About this campaign

Gizmo lives with me and my partner in our home in St. Helens. He’s a cherished 3-year-old indoor cat and a true part of our family. We rescued him and his sister from a dangerous situation, and since then, Gizmo has flourished, bringing love, comfort, and joy to our home. He’s full of personality and wants to be everyone’s best friend.

Gizmo has developed a serious medical issue (a blockage) that requires emergency treatment at Tanasbourne Veterinary Hospital under the care of Dr. Ashley Crowley. He will need a catheter, careful monitoring, and adjustments to his diet to help him recover and get back to his happy, playful self.

Gizmo is my soul kitty, full of personality—playful, affectionate, and always eager to comfort us when we’re feeling down. He greets us with excitement every day, loves cuddles, car rides, and follows me everywhere. This may sound funny, but he always sleeps on my chest and even licks my face. He’s the sweetest boy, and his joyful spirit lights up our home—we can’t imagine life without him.

The cost of Gizmo’s urgent care is more than I can cover. I’m on a fixed income with no help from friends or family. Any support will help him get the treatment he needs and come home healthy. Gizmo is my soul kitty and what keeps me going every day.
