Gizmo is a 2 Year Old French Bulldog in Slidell, LA, Who Needs $2,000 for Endoscope, GI Blood Panel, and Possible Biopsy.

Gizmo became part of our family when a relative wanted to get a Frenchie. That relative chose to get his sister. The person he came from brought the sister to us and also brought Gizmo along. We knew he was special from the moment we saw him. So we decided to make an offer and that moment he became a family member. Little did we know we would have such an attachment to him. He is full of love!

Recently, Gizmo was in severe pain. We have learned he has a GI issue. Now has to have prescription food. He also has a back problem and needs specific medication. He has now gone to MedVet and Resurge. It has cost quite a bit. He still needs more tests done to keep him happy and healthy. His journey is not yet over to full recovery. Anything helps. He loves everyone and steals their heart.

Gizmo is one of those dogs that just steals a persons love the moment you meet him. He’s relaxed, loving, and full of life. He loves everyone in the family, but is a huge mommas boy! 😊 He will lay with the kids during a movie, play with them outside, and snuggle with his brother. Giz and his brother have a very close bond. We want to do what’s best for him to be able to play as he always has.

We were able to provide him with the vet care he has needed so far. He has more visits to come, meds to take, and now prescription food. We are hopeful he only has a few more visits and then just maintenance after. However it’s very expensive. We love him beyond words!
