About this campaign
Goliath came into our family in June of 2016. He has been our best friend since day one. Our family has grown by 1 human baby and 1 more fur baby since then. Goliath had tail amputation in 2020 and recovered well. He is now faced with very low white blood cell counts leaving him very prone to other diseases. An overnight stay at emergency clinic is being recommended.
Goliath gets along very well with our our dog and our 3 year daughter. He usually sleeps right next to her and she loves to kiss him good morning and good night every day. Goliath goes everywhere with me when I run errands. Goliath is a very sweet boy with everyone and just the thought of losing him is heart breaking.
Goliath is a very funny and spontaneous boy. He gets along with every new face he meets and every dog he meets. He is very sweet and loving. Loves to give kisses and loves belly rubs. He has an amazing personality and a very fun time. He’s the best carpool buddy ever. Hola it is 1 of a kind who brightness everyone’s day.
Currently he’s at the vet. He was taken in due to lack of appetite along with shaking/trembling. Blood works shows very low white blood cell counts which are very concerning. It is being recommend he stays 1-2 nights at the vet hospital, which will cost about $2,000
We are already paying $1,300-$1,700 for this initial visit at the vet with another potential bill of $2,000 for his overnight(s) stay at the emergency clinic. A bill we cannot currently afford. Having Goliath back home and healthy will mean the world to us. We need him back.
