Goose is a 2-year-old Mixed in Grove City, OH, who needs $2,000 for Patella and ACL Repair.

I got goose in May of 2022 from the shelter, it's just her and i living together. Goose got her name from the fact that when i went to the shelter to get her and we went outside, she was trying to chase the geese in the shelter yard. When goose came to the shelter as a stray, they said she had a slight limp, but they couldnt find anything wrong with her.

Goose is a sweet dog that likes to curl up next to me on the couch to sleep. In bed, she has to be under the covers at the foot of the bed. She loves to play with stuffed toys, especially ones that talk/sing etc. She doesn't care for being left alone, she always has her eye on me, to know where i am all the time.

Goose has a interesting way of letting me know she has to go outside. She will come to me wiggling her back end and tossing her head from side to side, then will go to the door and sit and wait for me to put the leash on her. makes me laugh every time. I call her my little wiggle butt. she is a great dog.

Goose has a kneecap that pops in and out of place from time to time, while the vet said she was fine then, this issue allowed the ACL to tear fairly easily and thats what happened. I hate the idea that she is/may be in pain.

Goose just lays around most days because of walking on 3 legs. It makes me sad that she cant run around like she used to. and all because i just don't make enough money to pay for the surgery she needs. The medications that she has to take everyday are already costingme alot
