About this campaign
Blessing in disguise. It all started with brothers . My wife and I always wanted a dog but our children were priority once they left the nest, we contacted a breeder immediately, And a cane Corso to be exact. We got a beautiful blue-eyed cane Corso brindle mix name Reese (brother) as he looked like a Reese‘s peanut butter cup. ☺️
Gouda, has a special place in our laundry room between the washer and driver but outside his favorite. He loves to walk and gets excited once we pull the leash out. He’s always protective and lean his body against yours until everything is secure. His favorite gesture is to give a high-five with his huge paw for treats! Don’t sit on the floor with him ..he’ll be all on top of you for all hugs
Once you get his attention ,Gouda loves to play with his favorite ball in the backyard and ready for game of wrestle if you take it! Don’t pull out a plastic bottle as he loves to play with those due to the sound of noise it makes. The unconditional love support and security is what makes us love him even more.
Gouda was diagnosed with heartworm disease with a $1500 bill for the medicine; we’ve only had him four years and devastated to know that the lack of income for medicine will be his demise. We already lost his brother at nine months of age due to Vet error and losing Gouda will be twice the devastation. His new provider, Harvest Hills veterinarian has been wonderful.
My wife has been ill and lost the additional income . She is well and now at 60% and on path to firmer foundation but bills do not wait. We’ve exhausted our emergency plan due higher rise of mortgage food and gas. Gouda is our ROCK, PROTECTOR AND COMPANION. Please help.
