My cat had to have emergency surgery because she swallowed part of her cat toy and got wrapped around her tongue and I cannot afford the vet bill. Could you guys please help me?

She is the best cat ever she’s been through a lot I rescued her from somebody who threw her out of the car and cut her tail and it took me two weeks to just to get her to even come to me after what happened to her.
