Gracie hit a sharp 1” piece of metal on a small gate, and hit so hard half the skin ripped off her side. It is a horrendous wound. Gracie has had a special 3rd surgery with advanced techniques. That worked for the tear, but a large wound is still open with sedation and daily bandage changes. I've slept with her 24/7 to keep her calm. It's such a wonderful feeling when she lays her head on you.

Gracie is my sweetie! When she wants pets she pushes hard against you and looks up with those big eyes melting over for a belly rub. She loves hogging the couch. She stands on the couch arm, looks down on me and puts her paw up swinging it until I get smacked. I look up, and get covered in kisses which makes me laugh and she does it more and it makes me laugh even more and on it goes.
