Gram and I have been inseparable from the day we met. I’ve spent everyday of his life with him so far. I’m a single pet father raising Gram and another puppy. gram is the closest thing I’ll ever get to having a child. God know I’ve sacrificed as much as someone would for their own child. I love my dog more than anything in this world.

Everyone Gram meets get a nice hug, as he wags his tail from excitement he’ll lean against your leg and look up at you with a big smile. Everyone without fail will say Gram is the friendliest dog they’ve ever met. He’s so gentle yet so aggressive with frisbee play. He’ll make anyone’s heart melt into pieces.

Gram is special because he's protected me in ways you wouldn’t believe. One night as someone was lurking through my windows in pitch darkness, Gram barked and looked out the window to find someone running towards the exit gate. Had it not been for him, we would have never discovered the danger of that place we once lived in.

On 9/22 Gram was vomiting and had bloody diarrhea. He tested negative for parvo. I took him into the ER only to find negative blood work, and negative fecal tests for parasites and worms. I’ve seen numerous vets and no one could tell me what’s wrong with him until recently when I found more progressive veterinarians who made me aware of coccidia a parasite that will often go negative on fecal test

I have spent every penny to my name to take care of Gram. I have no family and no friends. We loved recently to start a new life and I’ve worked hard to find us a home and a place to live. I can’t do it all and need help… or at least some compassion and kind prayers.
