I found Grizzly walking in the road after almost getting hit. I opened my car door and he hopped right in the car without second guessing it. We found the owners and without hesitation they said "you can keep him". How can an owner just hand their dog over without batting an eye??? Of course I bawled and couldn't leave him somewhere I felt he wasn't wanted.

Grizzly is loving and very affectionate. He wants to be with the family 24/7. He walked into our house and our current dogs accepted him right away. This dog has been lacking the attention and love he craves. Our family is going to ensure Grizzly has a happy ending to his life. He's going to know what it feels like to be with a family who loves him.

Our family is not in the financial state to take on this kind of expense. We have 5 kids and other animals to care for as well. I would never ask for money if we were able to provide what was needed. This little boy deserves to be taken care of.

Grizzly has severe periodontal disease. The vet states he hasn't been seen in 8 years. His teeth are so bad he has what look like abscesses forming in his gums. He's going to need all of his teeth removed to take care of the issues in his mouth. Periodontal disease causes heart disease and kidney disease among other things. Grizzly will not live much longer if he isn't treated.

Grizzly took to our family so fast it was almost like he knew he belonged with us. He follows us around everywhere we go. Im not sure why his previous owners named him Grizzly. There isn't a mean bone in this little guys body. His name is definitely the scariest thing about him 😂😂. It makes me smile that I am able to give this little guy a good last few years.
