About this campaign
I received my baby Groot about 10yrs ago from my brother gift. He had just gotten a puppy that they named Rocket from the movie Guardians of the Galaxy so my nephew then asked me too name him Groot and I happily abliged. He currently lives with myself and my four children where he is the only pet and gets spoiled by everyone including my parents who don't even live with me.
Groots homelife is what I like to refer to as the good life. He knows exactly what home I get home from work and waits at the door for me I then feed him abs although he has his own bed he loves to jump in bed with me and cuddle. My children absolutely adore him he can't go a single day without getting kisses and hugs especially from my 5yr old.
Groot is especially special to me when I had to receive a surgery he wouldn't leave my side at all if I had to use the restroom he was right there. When I lost my grandmother he heard me crying from all the way downstairs and cake to my side and refused to leave. Actually any time I cry he's right there by my side and that's when I decided to get him registered at an emotional support pet.
I notice that Groot wasn't meeting me when I got home from work for about 3 days so that day I had my kids look for him. When we found him we noticed a string somehow got wrapped around his paw pretty tightly. After cutting it off it swelled and he didn't like it and began biting at it until his bones and tendons showed I then rushed him to the emergency vet where I found out it must be amputated
As I am a single mother of 4 children I am a hair stylist by day but due to a back and knee injury over began to supplement income by working at McDonald's overnights to help pay the bills and I can not afford this huge expense right now and I don't want to lose my baby
