I found him and another cat wondering in the cold so I took them in I named him grumpy because the way his ears are he is very friendly and loving he is a snuggle bug

He has lumps on his ears and a bad smell coming from his ears I've tried a lot of over the counter stuff but nothing is working I need a vet I just can't afford one right now
