Gryff is a 6 year old Labrador Retriever in Holiday, FL, who needs $2,000 for Brain Scan and Other Imaging.

I rescued Gryff from Labrador Ret rescue of Fl 2 yrs ago. Gryff had seizures and the family was unable to care for him. I love labs and have rescued many so I knew I could give him a good home despite his seizures. I also have some health issues and work from home as a pet artist so he wouldn't be home alone as much as most families who work outside the home.

Gryff had seizures that started 6 mos before I adopted him. He has had a few seizures since I've had him; unfortunately and they are scary to witness. He gets tested every 6 mos to see if the medication is at a therapeutic level. He has been a patient at Best Care Animal Hospital in New Port Richey, FL. And currently seeing Dr B at Dunedin Animal hospital to try a new seizure medication.

Gryff is usually a fun loving dog who enjoys swimming. He also loves to eat and chew his toys. He is a special dog and I can see that he is very needy and wants to be with me all the time.

I have health issues and receive SS disability. Gryff has seizures & now having terrible episodes. My vet recommends a neurological vet; the consult is $250 and they may want to do an MRI or brain scan costing $5000! My CARE credit card is maxed out so I need some help.
