Gunner is a 8-year-old DSH Cat in Nashville , TN, who needs $500 for Thoracic CT Scan, Lung Mass Aspirate with Ultrasound Guidance.

Gunner is my first baby boy. I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. We currently live in an apartment with his two cat sisters and my mom who had to move in after I got sick. Gunner is always comically creeping on me or right next to me. He has a big appetite for food and life and even bigger heart! He will be 9yrs old this May and I’m not ready to let him go. I need more time.

Gunner has my nighttime routine down and is always ready to snuggle. He jumps up in his spot under his favorite blanket until I’m ready for bed. Once I’m comfy, he stays wrapped around my head the entire night. He loves his grandma and sisters. He loves ALL food, treats. He does not discriminate against the grub.

Gunner is a total clown kitty. He always has the most spacey look on his face which always cracks me up and turns bad days around. He is not the most graceful when it comes to playing with toys but is always up for the challenge! I think the funniest thing that he does is hide behind objects where anyone could obviously spot him but he truly believes he’s invisible until you get really up close!

Gunner had an ultrasound where the doctor suspects at least two tumors in his lung. He also has some thickening around the heart. I was told that the prognosis should the masses turn out to be cancerous, isn’t good but that treatment may give me more time which is all I want. He’s only 9yrs old. We are seeking help for further diagnostics to test the masses on his lung at Blue Pearl Vet Partners.

After battling Covid, the fatigue became unbearable and prevented me from working for several months. I have a job now that barely keeps me afloat with immediate bills. It would mean the world to me if I could get him the help he needs to give us more time.
