About this campaign
I fostered kittens for the first time this year. I was a foster fail for 2 out of 3 and Adopted GusGus and Pouncer. They are such a delight. It was amazing to raise them from being bottle fed and nurture their growth I named them after the mice in Cinderella. GusGus turned out to be a girl and Purrla turned out to be a boy. I changed his name to Pouncer because he Pounces on everything. 😹
I have been in Washington State due to a death in the family and placing my dad in an Adult Family Home. My friend Sharon graciously volunteered to take care of the kittens for me..
The kittens knocked over her pill box and got into some pills. She rushed them to the emergency vet. They gave them medication to make them vomit what was ingested. They are observing them for 24hrs The bill is $3200.
These guys love to play and cuddle with each other. They are very active and loving. I built them a climbing wall so they can climb and be active. They sleep on my head, and hug my neck at night. They bring me so much love and joy.
I am on disability. I have long Covid, POTS and a rare genetic disease. I'm on a fixed income and this unexpected expense is a huge hardship for me and my friend who is so graciously caring for them. These two really are my emotional support. Any help is so appreciated
