Gwen Stacy is a 2-month-old Mix in New York, NY, who needs $2,000 for Heart Echo/ Possible Surgery.

Gwen came into our lives two weeks ago. Her breeders led us to believe they could not keep her and wanted her to have a stable and loving home. We were more than happy to take Gwen and make her the fourth member of our family. Her full name is Gwen Stacy she is named after Spider Girl a.k.a Ghost Spider. Gwen brother Devin is a super Spiderman Fan. His favorite is Miles Morales.

Gwen is very affectionate and loved to cuddles. She loves to lick us and show us how much she loves us. Her favorite thing to do is follow Devin around the house and sit with him for story time. Her favorite movies to watch are Clifford the Big Red Dog, Secret Life of Pets 2, and The Grinch. She loves to be bathed and brushed to perfection.

Gwen is special to us because although she has just been with us for 2wks she has helped her brother learn to be more responsible by caring for her. She is helpful to me because she knows just the right moment to come for cuddles she put a smile on my face after a hard day of work she is an extra alarm clock my nibbling at my toes in the morning after I have turned my alarm off for the 10th time

I recently took Gwen to the vet for an initial checkup and found she has a heart murmur that will lead to congenital heart failure if not treated right away. I was advised that the left side of Gwen heart is filling up with blood at an abnormal rate.

I want am trying to save Gwen but unfortunately I am not in the position too. Myself and Devin both have Sickle Cell Disease which can cause medical bills for us both. Whenever myself or Devin have a Sickle Cell Crisis I am out of work which cause financial hardships
