Halo is a 2 month old Labrador Retriever in Lyons, GA, who needs $2,000 for Rib Resection.

Halo is a rescue animal he has been in my for almost two weeks and there are no other pets in my home so I came up with his name because I know he’s going to be my angel when he’s cured I took him to Vidalia Veterinary and they said he had hookworms and two broken bones that’s out of place that’s causing him to breathe rapidly caused by a hard hit or being ran over so I really hope he can get help

I have been giving medication from his vet for the hookworms so now he has to have surgery for his broken bones and I’m going to keep him and nourish him back to help because it hurts me to see him in pain he hasn’t had a normal bowel movement because he can’t push like normal dogs because of his breathing due to the broken bones I can’t stand to see him pain it really breaks my heart so much

Halo enjoys kids and loves for everyone to pet on him he doesn’t really care for animal toys but he loves those dog treats and ripping up his dog pads lol and loves the outdoors but he will let you know when he’s ready to go outside he’ll bark so loud and he is not afraid of bad weather but he will definitely bark when it thunders and when strangers comes into the home but he is very friendly

I’m not married but I live with my parents in which they do help out with my needs and my dogs needs as well but we are all just getting by and cannot afford the surgery that my dog needs because of the expenses we have and prices are going up I just want my dog to be happy
