Hamilton needs your help to receive hoof care and other medical needs.

Meet Hamilton. He arrived at Flying Pigs Sanctuary as a temporary boarder when his family had to relocate overseas for work. But when he got to the sanctuary, it was clear he needed more than a place to stay. Hamilton was morbidly obese, his hooves were painfully overgrown, and he could barely walk. On top of the physical toll, he was carrying something just as heavy—loneliness from missing the family he loved.

With patience, proper care, and a whole lot of love, Hamilton’s life has begun to change.

Today, he’s known as the king of belly rubs, happily flopping over the moment he gets attention. His gentle, sweet nature shines through, and he’s become a source of joy to everyone around him. So far, Hamilton has lost 35 pounds—with another 35 still to go—and once he reaches his goal weight, he’ll head to UT for a full health evaluation.

But transformations like Hamilton’s don’t happen without ongoing care, time, and resources.
