Harley Quinn is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Coral springs , FL, who needs $2,000 for Surgery for Hip.

Harley came into our lives at a very difficult time. I had just lost my husband of 32 years. Shortly after he passed I lost my sister as well. My son came to stay with me. We went to a huge adoption event with over 1000 dogs. Out of a sea of dogs there was Harley. Sitting quietly in her cage. We had her taken out so we could meet her and she jumped up and actually hugged me.

Harley slipped out of her harness and was hit by a car who kept going. She is currently at Coral Springs animal hospital in Florida . She broke her hip bone and needs surgery. I have been able to pay the initial bill but cannot afford the surgery.

Harley is nothing but pure love. She is always happy and loves veing around other dogs and people. I think she thinks everyone is her family. She is afraid of thunder and can't stand getting wet. I think she was abused before we rescued her. It took alot of love and patience but Harley is our guiding light.

My husband passed a couple of years ago. We spent all of our savings plus more trying to conquer his illness. I was left with debt and a hole in my heart. I am working and can pay my bills but this was unexpected. I never ask for anything.
