Harley was a rescue from Fresno California. He is in need of X-rays, blood work and if necessary MRI if any cancer detected from a respiratory infection/ preventing him from breathing normal (Dyspnea)/COPD.

This is an emergency. Unable to breathe obtaining oxygen is a very serious problem. This has progressed since 2 weeks ago. Sinus infection was ruled out. It was suggested to do X-rays, tests to rule out any tumors,
