Sweet Senior Harry Needs Your Help

Poor Harry found himself as a stray almost a year ago. He was placed in one shelter then transferred to another when no one wanted to adopt him. The second shelter treated him for heartworm and pulmonary hypertension, but Harry still couldn’t find anyone to adopt him.

When NE Ohio Greyhound Rescue was asked to take him in, they thought they could find him a forever home, but when that didn’t pan out, they decided that he should spend his remaining years at their sanctuary, surrounded by loving humans and friendly hounds.

Harry is a sweet senior boy, approximately 10 years old, and sometimes a little goofy but that's what makes him unique. He can be a little unsure of himself at times and finds himself getting into trouble from time to time.

He's quickly learning the routine at the sanctuary, and he’s smart and understands many words and phrases. As a hound, he loves to sniff the ground and watch the wildlife, but he doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.
