Hayzel is a 6 month old French Bulldog in Marina, CA, who needs $2,000 for Tibial Tuberosity Avulsion/Tibial Crest.

We decided to get Hayzel 6 months after our pitbull had passed away. We knew the day we saw her she would be a great addition to our household. We named her Hayzel because of her eyes and color and call her hazy girl for short. She really is the best dog and our older French bull dog loves her.

Our daughter was playing with the dogs and they were all having fun one minute and the next our dog rolled over but her paw was under our daughter’s foot. Due to that she hurt her leg and we found out she fractured her tibula, the exact wording is “ Tibial tuberosity avulsion”, we received an estimate for surgery. The animal hospital we visited was VCA All Pets Hospital Salinas.

She loves to play with her big brother Dax(our other French bull dog), chase him in the backyard, she loves to “bull kick” with her back leg but of course it’s the injured leg. She loves people and to give snuggles.

I am reaching out for support as this was a major expense that came up, being a single mother on a fixed income to a 4 year old. A little goes a long way so any support would help us.
