Hazel is a 8 month old Mix-Breed in Pheonix , AZ, who needs $2,000 for Pyometra Surgery.

She came into my life at only 3 months old, at an over populated house with pets. She stole my heart when she came up to me wanting pets, that’s when I knew she picked me, as I picked her to my little bundle of joy in my life. So I asked if I can take her home with me, the owner agreed and she would be part of my life from now on. She became part of my daily life. She’s family now.

She became ill only at 8 months old, I notice she wasn’t acting herself, as she usually greet me in the mornings by rubbing her nose on my check or forehead. Then I saw that she was leaking blood and puss from her vuva, this got me concerned, so I took her the vet. They told me that she has open pyometra. And that surgery would be a solution for her.

She’s such a social girl, she would go up to anyone that would visit me, and demand for attention by nudging their leg or arm. Followed by cute little soft meows. Like she’s talking to them to give her pets. Hazel is a really nice cat, and she is really special to me and my family.

This was an unexpected event that occurred, I didn’t expect her to get pyometra so early in life. And I honestly can’t offered her surgery that can save her life. I would appreciate so much for anyone that could help me, I just don’t want to lose her…
