Hazel is a 9 month old German Shepherd Dog in Pico Rivera, CA, who needs $1,500 for Surgery/Sutures.

On Christmas Eve my 18yr old son came home and said “Merry Christmas Family” and presented us with Hazel. At the time a ; Mth old puppy. Although it was a lot to take in we love her very much and she is a part 7 of our family.

Hazel is an inside dog who goes outside in the yard to run and stretch her legs. On Mother’s Day she was outside and spotted my son across the street. She then jumped into the street to greet him but instead was struck by a passing by car.

Hazel loves to cuddle, destroys all her toys except for one her squeaky duck. She loves chicken and rice and her chicken apple treats. She is a super energetic 9 mth puppy

Fortunately her accident was not grave but it did catch her back hind leg and she has a severe open wound that requires sutures. Unfortunately we did not meet the low income requirement for free services but also can not afford her surgery and did not qualify for pymt opt
