Hazel is a 1-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier in Pinehurst, TX, who needs $2,000 for right stifle arthroscopy + MPL repair (with likely DFO).

My niece found 3 small puppies in a park. She took 1 of the puppies and I took the other 2. Hazel & Harper are their names. I chose Hazel’s name because I love the old tv show “Hazel” . Our girls are a little over 1 years old now and happy healthy girls other than the fact that poor Hazel was born with some leg deformities. She is bow legged, but I think it makes her more adorable.

Hazel likes going on walks and exploring or running in the backyard with her sister Harper. She is my nap cuddle bug. Loves to nap with her mama. This girl is a foodie for sure. Loves her groceries. As a matter of fact the ortho vet instructed us that she needs to lose weight. We have now cut her food by half & hoping that will help ease some of her leg pain until she can receive surgery.

She may be short and little , but she can have an attitude when her bully sister picks on her. She stands her ground.
