Hazel is a 2 year old Ferret in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, who needs $2,000 for Admission for Bleeding within Spleen Treatment.

I decided to add two ferrets to my family 2.5 years ago. After a lot of research I felt like they were the perfect babies for me. I have no children so with that being said these are my children! I love them, Doodle and Hazel, both dearly. I am the friend that everyone says is crazy because I treat my animals as if they were human children. They are both so funny, sweet and all around amazing.

On 07/19/2024 a freak accident happened and Hazel was stepped on. She was running around her free roam room and got right under her daddy's foot. Upon rushing her to the emergency vet hospital they found free bleeding in her spleen, her BP was low. They advised she would need to be admitted. They did ultrasounds, X-rays, a catheter, IV fluids, and at 1:30 a.m they did a self transfusion

Hazel and Doodle both are highly bonded to one another. Doodle being home without Hazel is heartbreaking as he searches all over for his sister. They both are full free roam and love to sleep in their little bed that is on top of my bed they love to give kisses and play and be held. they are by far the funniest sweetest creatures I have ever

i am a full time worker and full time student for social work. Although I work full time living in NJ with little to no help is financially draining to say the least. My babies are my WORLD and I am HYSTERICAL over Hazel
