hazel is a 6-year-old Mix in Stroudsburg, PA, who needs $2,000 for Exploratory Laparotomy Cellotomy and Mass Removal.

Hazel is a rescue. We adopted her from a place called Eleventh Hour Animal Rescue in Rockaway Towmship ,N.J. It was July 17th ,2017. My wife was very sad that day so i drove her and our 3 sons to the rescue. She was never really a dog lover but i insisted we go.. Hazel was brought out to us in a little room, went immediately to my wife and Jessica fell in love. WE took Hazel home that day.

Hazel is my little princess. She sleeps with me and my wife at the foot of the bed.She loves to run outside with a broken ,ragged soccer ball making laps around the house. She"ll sit at the door when she needs to go or when she wants to play outside. She loves everyone and greets us with unrelenting enthusiasm. Shes very sweet and of course adores belly rubs If i had a bad day

Hazels special because shes family. Her greetings will make you forget the bad day you had She'll run across the room bac k and forth at top speed at unexpected times. Its hilarious .She loves to sit on the armrest of the couch and place her head on the back of the couch and stare at youWhen food is placed in her bowl shell walk around the table to get there even if she's just a few feet away.

Hazel hurt her ACL at some point.. She had TPLO surgery scheduled 1/25 at NORTH WARREN ANIMAL HOSPITA;L WITH Dr. Corrado. Her leg was abnormally swollen so an xray and ultrasound was done. They discoverd the swelliing was actually a tumor. She hadnt wanted to eat the past 2 days so an ultrasound was done on her abdomen. A huge tumor was found and removed. We almost lost her during the surgery.

We arent in a good financial siyuation right now. We borrowed for her ACL surgery which went toward the tumor removal. We are waiting for the biopsy results to determine our next step. I iwill do whatever i need to do to help her. Shes the best thing that ever happened to us
