Help Beaux get TECA and possibly soft palette surgery — BYHALIA, MS

My goddaughter called and said that she had a French bulldog that needed a Mom. I wasn't expecting a connection with him because I've always had big dogs but I went to meet him anyway. Aww, that little dog with the big dog attitude won me over big time in only a few days. He never does anything wrong in my eyes!

I took Beaux to his vet in August with what looked like an ear infection. The DR said that Beaux did not have an ear infection but a UTI. Two days later we were rushing him back with what looked like a stroke. Dr said that Beaux did not have a stroke but rather the neurological symptoms were from an middle ear infection. Surgery was recommended but we could try a more conservative approach with medication. Beaux has relapsed.

Beaux goes everywhere with me. He literally takes every step that I do. Im a caregiver and I even take him with me to work everyday. If you see me you see him. I should add that I'm a trauma survivor who was diagnosed with complex PTSD and was in treatment for over twenty years. Beaux is not just my comfort, joy and love, he's my touchstone. I'm so scared. He is such a Love and so very loved by all of us!

I'm a senior who's daughter moved back home with health problems a few years ago. She has no health insurance. I've been getting her the help that she needs and now this emergency with my precious Beaux. The expenses have been catastrophic for me.
