About this campaign
Bogart is our 4-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a beloved member of our family. He is playful, affectionate, and never meets a stranger. He brings joy to our home every day with his big personality and constant companionship. We are committed to getting him the surgery he needs so he can return to the happy, healthy life he deserves.
Bogart has been diagnosed with a left salivary mucocele, a condition that causes saliva to leak from a damaged salivary gland and create a painful swelling in the neck area. His veterinarian has recommended surgery to remove the affected gland, and his prognosis is excellent with treatment. The procedure is scheduled for August 31, 2026, at Frankfort Animal Clinic in Frankfort, Kentucky.
Bogart is much more than a pet; he is family. He has been my constant companion through life's ups and downs, always bringing joy, comfort, and laughter with his playful Corgi personality. His recovery matters because our home would not be the same without him. We want to give him the chance to return to the happy, active life he loves and continue making memories with our family.
I'm seeking help because, despite finding a more affordable private veterinary clinic, the cost of Bogart's surgery is still more than I can comfortably cover on short notice. I'm turning to the community for support so he can receive this corrective surgery and return to a pain-free life.
