Bucky came into our lives when his previous family could no longer keep him. Our groomer helped bring him to us, and we knew he was meant to be ours. In just 1½ years, this sweet 10-year-old Shih Tzu has become our little shadow, our joy, and the king of our home. We can't imagine our lives without him. ❤️🐾

Bucky has three large, rapidly growing tumors around his tushie and beneath his tail. Two are pressing against his rectum, making it difficult for him to have bowel movements. He urgently needs surgery to remove them and determine whether they are cancerous. We are doing everything we can to get our precious boy the care he needs. ❤️🐾

Bucky is so much more than a pet—he is family, my constant companion, and a little piece of my heart. He has brought us so much love and happiness in the short time he’s been ours. I desperately want him to have the chance to heal, because the thought of losing him is heartbreaking. His recovery means everything to me. ❤️🐾

We’re turning to our community because Bucky’s surgery and care are more than we can afford on our own. I’m on disability, and we’ve exhausted our resources trying to help him. We’re asking for any support to give our sweet boy the chance to heal. ❤️🐾
