Help Dakota get Splenectomy

Dakota is the best good boy and the leader of the pack. He is goofy and greets everyone with love. He says, “Please don’t let the gray around my face fool you I still have the energy of a young happy boy!”

Dakota has a (non-cancerous) mass on his spleen which causes pain and can rupture which is fatal. Removing his spleen is the only treatment option but has a high probability of a very positive outcome.

Dakota loves everyone…even the cats and ducks! We didn’t tell him he’s a bird dog 🤫He follows me around the farm, seems to know when anyone needs a little extra love and begs most politely at the edge of the kitchen after dinner. He is my best bud ❤️

We have a small farm, take care of our animals as well as the many barn cats and the occasional dog that gets dumped near our property. It’s been a very challenging year with flooding and expenses and Dakota’s surgery is intimidating additional cost coming into winter prep season.
