About this campaign
Adopted as a support animal, Chance entered my life when I was feeling profoundly isolated and struggling with the lifelong ache of never having a true friend. Now, Chance is my steadfast buddy, and we do everything together by each other's side. He’s a ball of energy that keeps me outside and on my toes. He’s loves stuffed animals over any other toy and will actively watch anything you put on TV, our favorite show is Bluey. He has the softest fur and doesn’t mind getting dressed up. With him, the heavy weight of loneliness is lifted, and I finally feel truly understood and not so alone anymore.
Recently, Chance took a bad fall and is unfortunately no longer able to walk on his back right leg. Because he is such a tiny pup weighing only 5 pounds, his balance and overall mobility are critically important to his everyday life and well-being. Although he is currently stable, I have less than a dollar to my name right now and desperately need financial assistance or resources to get him seen by a veterinarian so this injury doesn't affect him permanently.
If something happened to Chance, i don’t know what I’d do. It would kill me to see him debilitated and uncomfortable everyday. Him being himself, the active and friendly pup I know is what I need in a support animal. He is my everything and I want to continue our journey together. He is only 5 months old so everything is so fresh and I don’t want the struggles to continue
I truly have no money to my name right now. Everything I have is going to feeding me and Chance. Chances care is my top priority the second I have the money to get him seen by someone. Anything helps
