Grizelda Deserves a Brighter Future

This tiny girl came into the care of Rescue Rehome Repeat after her human mama made the incredibly difficult decision to surrender her. She had done everything she could to care for Grizelda from syringe feeding her, tending to her needs, and especially loving her deeply, but ultimately knew this precious girl needed additional support.

Grizelda was born with a congenital defect of the nasal planum, the external portion of her little nose. Right now, our focus is simple: helping her grow stronger, keeping her comfortable, and making sure she receives the veterinary care she needs along the way.

As Grizelda gets bigger, a veterinary surgeon will be able to better determine her needs. If the defect interferes with her airflow or requires functional correction, she may need nasal planum reconstruction/rhinoplasty.

We don't yet know exactly what Grizelda's road will look like, but we want to be prepared for her. That's why we're starting a fundraiser now to help with her ongoing veterinary care, evaluations, and any future procedure she may need.
