Help Jill Get URGENT Eye Surgery We Can't Afford

The first time we saw Jill, it killed us inside. She was trembling, starving, and in agony as her weak body sank into the dirt. Through her whimpers, she was begging for help. She is now at the veterinarian’s, and her medical team is assessing whether her eye can be saved or must be removed to end her suffering. We are raising funds for her EMERGENCY care and eye treatment or surgery. Please help us save this sweet girl.

Jill should be spending her puppyhood playing, exploring, and learning what it feels like to be loved. Instead, she is suffering. When we were asked to help her, we knew we could not turn away and leave this little girl to die. It is clear that Jill has not had the easy start to life she deserved, and she has already endured more than any young dog ever should. Whatever tragedy left her in this helpless condition is NOT going to win. Jill is. Now that she is in our care, Jill has been started on medication and IV fluids to help support her fragile body. She is very weak, but thankfully, she is stable and getting the pain meds she needs to not feel any more pain.

Her veterinary team is carefully evaluating her injured eye to determine whether it can be saved. Sadly, it is looking like her eye may need to be removed, but this means she no longer has to live in agony. Whatever the outcome, our priority is making sure Jill is comfortable, healing, and finally free from suffering. Right now, Jill needs us. She needs medical care, compassion, and the chance to know what it feels like to be safe. Her veterinary expenses are adding up quickly, and we cannot cover them alone. Our medical budget has reached almost ZERO as the year nears its end.
