About this campaign
Jinx became our baby girl 14.5 years ago after I rescued her from the Belt Parkway median. She brings endless joy to our lives.
We have spent nearly $20,000 over the years to keep her safe, including a past battle with pyometra.
Last month, another crisis hit. Our savings are entirely gone, but we refuse to give up on her now.
Please help us bring our precious baby girl Jinx back home.
Jinx is hospitalized at VCA Westbury fighting life-threatening complications from diabetes. She urgently needs intensive care, IV fluids, insulin therapy, and continuous blood sugar monitoring to stabilize. VCA provided a $10,000 estimate for this critical care. All funds go straight to the clinic to help us cross this final finish line and bring her home.
Jinx is our baby girl and a true family member. Ever since I rescued her from that highway median 14.5 years ago, she has been our greatest source of comfort. Our bond is unbreakable because we saved her then, and she has saved us with her loyalty every day since. We cannot imagine life without her sweet presence, and her recovery is the only thing that matters to our family.
We are turning to our community because our finances are entirely exhausted. We have already spent nearly $20,000 out of pocket to save Jinx, completely draining our savings. VCA needs another $10,000. We desperately need your help to save our baby girl.
