Juliet Needs Surgery to Get Back on Her Paws

At just 4 months old, Juliet should be worrying about puppy things. Playing, exploring and discovering the world around her should be her top priorities. Instead, one unexpected accident has left this sweet girl needing orthopedic surgery.

Juliet has been in rescue since the day she was born. Her mother was found pregnant along a country road, and shortly after being trapped and brought to safety, the stress sent her into labor. Since then, Juliet has grown up surrounded by the love and care every puppy deserves.

But recently, everything changed.

Juliet jumped from a couch in her foster home and landed badly, suffering a severe fracture near her elbow involving her humerus. X-rays confirmed the injury is significant, and she will need surgery with screws to stabilize the fracture and give her leg the chance to heal properly.

The good news? Her veterinarian expects Juliet to make a FULL recovery with surgery and follow-up care.

This little girl has her whole life ahead of her, and we want to get her back to running, playing and simply being a puppy.

Please consider donating toward Juliet’s surgery and veterinary care. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings her one step closer to a healed leg and the happy, active future waiting for her.

Help Juliet get back on all four paws. ❤️
