Help Keke get Twisted gut cutting off blood circulation — Canton, TX

Keke is a very calm and sweet mama's boy even though he can barely get up and down anymore because he is in so much pain form his inflamed belly he is very quiet and chill he just likes to relax and get loved on he needs all the love he can get rn I'm not sure how much longer he can survive like this before his belly bursts none of the vets around me take payment plans of any kind i don't know what to do please help me fix Keke anything helps

I think he has a knot in his stomach or intestine that is cutting off blood flow it came out of nowhere and I don't know what to do that's the only thing I've read that seems to match what's going on

I saved Keke from an abusive home he had bad sores and allergies all over him which he still does get little allergies on his bottom during the summer but nothing compared to where I got him he was infested with fleas and he had slashes all over him he looked horrible but he warmed right up it did take him a long time to trust and he still doesn't trust fully but he tries his best for mama
