Kinzy Deserves to Know Security

Kinzy’s world changed in an instant.

On August 14, this sweet senior was brought to Vetcare Animal Hospital after a traffic accident left her unable to stand. Somehow, anfter everything her body had been through, Kinzy was still eating and drinking normally. But beneath that brave face was a serious spinal cord injury.

Her reflexes are sluggish in all four limbs, the reflex along her back is weak to absent, and she is struggling to control her urination and defecation. She can’t simply get up and walk away from what happened to her.

Baw Baw Animal Welfare is giving Kinzy the chance to recover. Her treatment includes multiple medications and hydrotherapy to support her injured body and hopefully help her regain strength and mobility.

But Kinzy’s recovery will not happen overnight. She needs continued veterinary care, medication, rehabilitation, and plenty of time.

She has already been through something terrifying. Now, she needs someone to believe she can come through it.
