About this campaign
Luna is an almost 3-year-old Caucasian Shepherd with a big personality and a gentle heart. She is loyal, affectionate, intelligent, and deeply devoted to her family. Strong and confident by nature, she is also incredibly sweet at home and always wants to be close to the people she loves.
Luna has a persistent vaginal prolapse that did not resolve after she was spayed. She now needs a vaginal prolapse resection, scheduled for October 16. Because the condition has been present for some time, the surgery is more complex and carries a risk of significant bleeding.
Luna is more than a pet — she is family. She has a huge presence, a beautiful spirit, and a special way of making us feel protected and loved at the same time. She follows us everywhere, watches over us, and simply wants to be part of everything we do.
My husband is recovering from a kidney transplant and cannot work, so I am the sole income earner. We have already spent heavily on Luna’s care, and I am still paying veterinary loans. I cannot qualify for additional financing for her surgery.
