About this campaign

Max loves playing with his friends, snuggling up on the couch with his favorite people, showing the vacuum whose boss and running around outside.

Unfortunately, Max has developed a tumor near his eye that has grown very large. It is now at a point where it desperately needs to be removed. Because of its location and continued growth, we have been told that it could eventually interfere with his vision and cause him significant discomfort and other complications if left untreated. We are doing everything we can to get him the surgery he needs, but the cost is more than our family can afford right now.

Max is so much more than a dog to our family—he is our family. He has been there through so many of life’s moments, bringing us comfort, love, laughter, and companionship when we needed it most. To us, Max isn’t just a pet; he is a beloved member of our family, and the thought of losing him is absolutely heartbreaking.

The timing could not be more difficult for us financially. Our family is currently going through a very painful transition as my parents are getting divorced, and we are in the process of moving out of our family homes and trying to navigate all of the unexpected expenses that come with such a major life change. As much as we want to be able to cover Max’s surgery ourselves, right now we simply don’t have the financial means to do so.

Please help us give Max the chance he deserves. We just want more time with our boy. ❤️🐾
