Help Mittens Get the Care He Needs for a Safe Future

Mittens is just a tiny kitten who found himself in a situation no kitten should have to face.

A community member brought Mittens to a local animal shelter through their TNVR program, hoping he could receive the care he needed before returning to his outdoor community. But there was one problem: Mittens was too young to be TNVR'd.

The shelter didn't have space for him, leaving Mittens with a heartbreaking possibility—being released back outside without receiving the veterinary care he needed, with the hope that someone might be able to trap him again once he was old enough for the program.

Thankfully, someone at the shelter reached out to Cathy's Cats Corporation and asked if they could take him.

Cathy's Cats is already out of funds, but they knew they couldn't turn their backs on this little kitten. Mittens was too vulnerable to simply be put back outside, where he would face all of the dangers of life as an unvetted kitten.

So they said yes.

Now Mittens has a chance at something much better: a safe indoor home where he can grow up loved and protected. But before he can begin that next chapter, he needs his basic veterinary care.

Mittens needs to be neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested for common feline diseases with a SNAP test. These routine services are essential for getting him healthy, protected, and ready to find his forever family.

Cathy's Cats stepped up for Mittens even though their funds were already depleted. Now they need the Waggle community to step up for them.

Your donation can help cover the veterinary care that will give Mittens a fresh start and allow him to be adopted into a safe, loving home instead of being returned to an uncertain life outdoors.

Mittens was given a second chance simply because someone cared enough to ask for help. Now let's make sure that chance leads somewhere safe.

Please donate if you can, and help this little kitten get the care he needs to find the loving home he deserves. Every contribution brings Mittens one step closer to his forever family. ❤️🐾
