About this campaign
Muni is a special 1 year old kitty boy! He has CH (cerebella hyperplasia) which means he's a wobble cat! He gets slight tremors in his back legs and head; and because of this he loves to be held, be snuggled, be brushed, and share purrs more than the average cat. He is harness trained and loves to watch the birds and the squirrels from the back deck. He is the sweetest and most gentlest boy.
Currently, Muni has a urinary obstruction, which is life threatening. He was rushed to the emergency vet after showing signs of paralysis and great distress. The vet said he was brought in just in time. The obstruction will have to be removed, and his bladder will have to me drained and flushed. He will be in hospital until he can urinate on his own, which may take a few days.
Muni is genuinely such a sweet cat. No matter who you are, he will always come to flop down in front of you, asking for belly rubs. He doesn't claw or bite, He purrs constantly, and always wants to be close. He's just 15 months old, and still has much life to live. He's the only cat in the house, is so loved and cared for, and really needs extra help right now.
I am currently in clinical massage school, working part time, and just returned home from a volunteer job for a long weekend. I'm not in the financial place to support his medical needs, in the case of this life threatening emergency. This has been unexpected and so scary.
